1. Where are your products made and shipped from?
All of our products are made-to-order and produced by our trusted manufacturing partners.
We ship directly from our production facilities to customers worldwide using reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, FedEx, Canada Post, DHL, and Aramex.
2. How long does production take?
Each item is custom-made. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, quality control, and packaging before shipment.
This does not include weekends or public holidays.
3. What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer international shipping at affordable flat rates.

Standard Shipping: $8.95 USD for orders under $140 USD.

Free Shipping: Available for orders valued at $140 USD or more.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s system.

5. Do you charge customs duties or import taxes?
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we accept return requests within 60 days of delivery only if:

There was an error on our part.
We cannot accept returns for customised or made-to-order items due to their unique nature.

7. How do I start a return?
To request a return, email us at emma.buynozi@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Include the reason for the return and, if applicable, photos of the defect.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
8. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may have already entered production and cannot be cancelled.
10. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update your delivery details.
If it has already shipped, we may need to wait for the parcel to return to us before resending, and reshipment fees may apply.
11. How is my personal information protected?
We value your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR.
Your information is securely processed via Shopify and is never sold to third parties.

12. Do you work with other brands or artists?
Yes — BuyNozi often collaborates with independent designers and artists to create original, creative, and meaningful designs.
